Tasks:

  • Co-ordinate, control, organize and report on simultaneously ongoing projects in close cooperation with the customers to manage customer expectations.
  • Evaluating customers' processes and developing methodologies.
  • Lead and motivate team members.
  • Intensive account management in co-operation with the Sales Executives. Presentations in presales activities.
  • Work closely with PLM (Product Line Management) und act as a liaison between PLM and customers.
  • Co-work with PLM on the development of alfabets planningIT
  • Participation in marketing events.

Skills:

  • Honors 3rd level education degree in Information Systems, Economics, Engineering or Science and related fields with additional adequate knowledge.
  • Min. 3 years successful work experience in implementing IT-projects ideally in the area of Enterprise Architecture Management or complex enterprise applications.
  • Experience in the roll-out of standard software products.
  • Good knowledge of the IT planning processes.
  • Knowledge of modern modeling and project management tools (e.g. ARIS, MS Project).
  • Knowledge of modern modeling standards (e.g. Zachmann, TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical constructive thinking abilities to formulate abstract solutions in a structured way.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German language and willingness to travel.
