Mission:
- Provide highest quality of service as part of a strong customer support team
- Work with customers to understand the challenges and problems they are facing in the day-to-day usage of the software solution
- Record and analyze software errors and prepare reference environments for development
- Liaise with professional services to identify best practice workflows to improve user experience in productive customer environments
- Support professional services in initial data load and integration strategies for new and existing customers
Technical Competencies:
- Honors 3rd level education degree in Computer Science / BSc or appropriate qualifications
- Work experience in the field of IT support
- Basic programming knowledge
- Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle or MSSQL-Server preferred)
- Experience in using software applications, MS Office, Windows, networks and databases
- Experience in any of the following areas is an advantage
- Web server (IIS, Apache)
- Basic knowledge HTML & xml
- Issue-tracking (Jira)

- Self-supportive and capable of target-oriented and structured work
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to formulate abstract solutions in a constructive manner
- Experienced in working with a variety of stakeholders (internal and external) simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken German, as well as good business-level English, written and spoken
- Willingness to do shift work
