Announcing alfabet Empower – alfabet’s enhanced partnership program

On April 28, at the German Partner Conference in Berlin, alfabet announced the alfabet Empower program. alfabet Empower stands for the commitment to invest in and foster partnerships and provides the infrastructure to effectively support partners who align their business with alfabet. Partnering with alfabet opens up new opportunities for sales and services partners to distribute, deploy and support alfabet’s solutions. The program offers partners access to a portfolio of technical, sales, marketing, and support resources designed to grow business and reach new customers. Benefits of the program include fundamental technical training and certification, sales training and support, a partner software license and technical support, and joint marketing programs including lead generation campaigns.

Co-op marketing opportunities

We are committed to actively work with our partners to successfully build business around our planningIT solution. Co-op marketing campaigns present a great way to promote joint solutions and pursue new revenue opportunities.

One recent example of a co-op marketing campaign was our joint Webinar and training series with our partner Detecon titled The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF®) and alfabet planningIT – two success factors for your business transformation. The free webinar attracted Enterprise Architecture professionals who were eager to find out how TOGAF would help them face the challenges in achieving business transformation. In co-operation with Detecon we are also offering a 4-day training seminar entitled, Enterprise Architecture with TOGAF and planningIT, where we welcome interested EA professionals and others who are pursuing TOGAF certification.

We are also hosting joint events, such as executive breakfasts, together with some of our international partners.

After a successful conference for our German-speaking partners, please save the date now for our global partner conference on November 16, 2011. The global partner conference will take place immediately following the planningIT eXchange 2011 event.

Training and Certification for Partners

The alfabet Empower training program is designed to transfer the knowledge that partners need to successfully sell and deliver planningIT solutions to their customers. Different training tracks contain various courses associated to the different stages of a project. Certification exams validate the proficiency in planningIT solutions. Courses are offered for Methodology, Technical, and Business Framework trainings.
