Q3 2010 Revenues up 24% Over Q3 2009
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - November 8, 2010 - alfabet, the leading software provider in strategic IT planning and management, today announced that it has continued its streak of consecutive quarters of record financial results in the third quarter of 2010, overcoming the difficult economy to attain substantial revenue increases and improved EBIDTA margins for the period.
alfabet's 3rd quarter financial results in 2009 were exceptionally strong compared to others in the industry. The company has continued this growth momentum with third quarter 2010 global revenues up 24% over the same quarter last year. Bookings increased 19% over the same quarter last year, while EBIDTA margins were 27% for this latest quarter comparatively. These results reflect a 9% growth in revenue year to date and a bookings growth rate of 19% year to date.
In Q3 alfabet added further leading international companies to its client portfolio which now includes many of the top 10 companies in the global automotive, banking, insurance and IT sectors measured by market value. Among them are the 3 leading German automotive manufacturers and 5 of the top 10 global financial services organizations reinforcing the company's' dominance and strong performance in the global automotive and financial industries.
