To support its business processes and perform various business transformation initiatives, BNI was facing different challenges with its complex IT architecture and large IT assets: handling the life cycle of each of these IT assets, performing the integration and collaboration among stakeholders in the planning of IT investments, and an isolated planning and analysis process.
