Pre-Show Workshops

This workshop is a must-attend for those concerned with Business-IT Management to successfully plan and monitor the performance of IT support throughout its lifecycle. It will focus on delivering best practice advice, expert practical tips, and lively debate. This workshop will be led by Markus Linsin, Senior Consultant, and Chris Bowen, Managing Consultant, at alfabet who have been consulting leading multi-nationals in this area for more than 10 years.
