planningIT Fast Track Training for customers and partners
So that your staff gets up to speed quickly, alfabet provides online tutorials, a state-of-the-art online product help and, most importantly, classroom training for planningIT users. Our 3-day fast track course provides a comprehensive walk-through of planningIT for staff intended to understand the full scope of the product and ensure its effective and efficient implementation into your enterprise.
Course participants learn the underlying concepts of planning IT, the product's architecture and navigation through its GUI, as well as the processes and activities comprising each functional module.
Our trainers' broad knowledge of enterprise architecture combined with years of field experience guarantee the proper depth of information and relevance to real-world challenges. Training materials are distributed for later reference and for help in training users in the enterprise with more focused responsibilities. Small groups (minimum 5 – maximum 15) and hands-on training with the product ensure maximal effectiveness of the training and the ability to work independently.
Course Times:
Day 1: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Day 2: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Day 3: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
